Hosted by owners, Linda and John Coursen, the event garnered accolades for its exceptional panelists, distinguished guests, and shared passion for residential design. DJ Carey, Editorial Director of Connecticut Cottages & Gardens Magazine, brought her unique flair and expertise as panel moderator. 

The event featured industry experts:

Born and raised in Greenwich, Jen has been a licensed real estate salesperson for 20 years, recognized by the Wall Street Journal as being in the Top 1.5% OF 1.6MM Real estate Professionals in the U.S. Most recently, Jen left her partnership with Tamar Lurie to found her own real estate brokerage in Connecticut. In New York, Jen is the Managing Sales Director for The Summit Club Residences, a $275 million project in Armonk. Jen has a successful track record of marketing and selling new developments and single-family homes. She is also licensed in Massachusetts and Florida.

 John Coursen, Co-Owner of All the Details, brought over 35 years of industry knowledge and a profound understanding of steel and glass, enriching the event with his expertise.
